Review Process Guidelines
- Authors submit their manuscripts via our online submission system.
- The Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial assessment of the submitted manuscript to determine its alignment with the journal's scope and basic quality standards.
- Manuscripts that pass the initial assessment are sent for a double-blind peer review, where the identities of both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous. If a reviewer agrees to conduct the review, they are expected to submit it within three weeks.
- Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant field, selected by the Editor-in-Chief and Senior Editors.
- Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodology, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field, and submit a review report to the editorial board.
- Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the editorial board decides whether to accept the manuscript, request revisions, or reject it.
- Authors receive feedback and, if necessary, are invited to revise their manuscript.
- After the submission of the revised manuscript, the editorial board makes the final decision on publication.
