REVIEW PROCESS GUIDELINES

1. Authors submit their manuscripts via our online submission system.

2. The Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial assessment of the submitted manuscript to determine its alignment with the journal's scope and basic quality standards.

3. Manuscripts that pass the initial assessment are sent for a double-blind peer review, where the identities of both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous. If a reviewer agrees to conduct the review, they are expected to submit it within three weeks.

4. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant field, selected by the Editor-in-Chief and Senior Editors.

5. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodology, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field, and submit a review report to the editorial board.

6. Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the editorial board decides whether to accept the manuscript, request revisions, or reject it.

7. Authors receive feedback and, if necessary, are invited to revise their manuscript.

8. After the submission of the revised manuscript, the editorial board makes the final decision on publication.

This detailed description of the peer review process provides authors and readers with a clear understanding of the steps a manuscript undergoes before publication, ensuring transparency and integrity in the journal's editorial workflow.
